I’ve got a job. It’s in Roseville, CA, with my prior employer. So we’re moving, which of course is never any fun.
Cheri and I drove up to Roseville on August 3rd, I interviewed on the 4th, I had the offer on the 8th.
The job starts on September 2nd, which gives us plenty of time to find an apartment and get moved.
The house has not sold, however. We got our first offer over the weekend – 15% below our asking price. We countered at 3% less. They said “no thanks”. They also wanted us to paint all the upstairs bedrooms. Sheesh. What an insulting offer.
